- Mold Design -We can design
molds from your prints and specifications or samples. We have
access to many mold shops which are experienced in making molds
to produce rubber parts, at reasonable costs.
- Sponge Rubber - In addition
to work with more common solid rubbers, we have many years of
experience in molding closed cell sponge parts from a variety
of rubber compounds.
- Size of run - Although
we are competitive in large-lot production, we specialize in
small and medium runs, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Rubber-to-metal (or nylon type insert) Bonding
- Many of the parts we produce are molded to or around inserts
